Welcome to Rolling Hills Herbs & Annuals

Located in the Inland Empire of  Southern California, our mission is to naturally grow the finest in heirloom and open pollinated  herb & vegetable plants, inspiring  people to grow, savor and preserve more of their own food in whatever space they have.

Eating fresh & local is as close as your own backyard!

We are urban growers, located in Redlands CA. Our family  home  proudly features an edible landscape showcasing many of the edibles we offer as starter plants. We are a State licensed, County certified grower. We are proud to be certified Naturally Grown, using no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We care about your gardening success and the well-being of our environment and that is why  we offer our 4 inch starter plants in a biodegradable containers, remove the bottom and plant the whole thing!

All of our plants are grown outdoors in the Inland Empire of Southern California and are fully acclimated to plant immediately in your garden. 

We are also a custom grower. This means we grow plants for special and  smaller volume orders. Doing so allows  us with the opportunity to grow  a large variety of heirloom & specialty plants, varieties from all accross our globe!  We grow varieties you simply won’t find in the larger box stores.

We grow locally & seasonally so that you can eat locally and seasonally! Rest assured that what ever season you are gardening in, the plants we  offer are appropriate for the season. 

We are proud grower of food varieties identified by Slow Food – US Ark of Taste  as foods in danger of extinction. By promoting and eating Ark products, we help ensure they remain in production and on our plates.
